Supervisory & Team Leadership Skills Program
The supervisory and team leadership skills program is a cluster of 3 Unit Standard that seeks to
impart key skills for supervisors and team leaders to provide guidance, instruction, direction and
leadership to their teams for the purpose of achieving key result or group of aligned results including
monitoring achievements of the team and reporting results.
