Most frequent questions and answers

Each course has its own enrolment criteria. For accredited, SAQA and NQF aligned courses, use the course ID to check this on the SAQA website. The enrolment criteria are shown under “Learning Assumed to be in Place” on the SAQA document for the course ID. Click Here to search.

To enroll for courses, identify the course you want to enroll for from the course brochure, request for quotation and registration form, complete course registration form and send back, receive an invoice for payment, pay and send proof of payment, receive training confirmation and pre-course pack, attend training.

Course fees vary from course to course and by training mode. Provide course name, preferred training mode whether online training, client venue training or service provider venue and the number of delegates attending for a quote. Our pricing employs economies of scale, reducing the price per delegate with more delegates enrolled. Send a request for a quote via online booking form or email.

We have a complement of training facilitators who are accredited subject matter experts with vast industry-specific knowledge and experience. The facilitators are also registered training assessors and moderators with top-notch industry credentials.

To facilitate robust interaction and engagement, we limit our class sizes to +/- 20 delegates for both online and face-to-face training. We oblige client request for bigger or smaller classes including one-on-ones.

Rock Lilly is an accredited training service provider. It offers both accredited and non-accredited courses. All full certificate courses and learnerships are accredited. All short courses with course code or ID number are accredited courses. All skills programs comprised of short courses with course code or ID are accredited skills programs.

You will be issued a certificate of competence if you complete the course, if the submitted assessment portfolio of evidence is found competent. You will be issued with a certificate of completion if the assessment portfolio of evidence is not submitted.

The language of instruction is English for all training. We oblige client request for translation into other languages.

After training, delegates do post-training assignments which include building an assessment portfolio of evidence. A certificate of competence will be issued for a successfully completed assessment portfolio of evidence.
